Overall Purpose of Role:
Overall responsible for online promotion and advertisement through calls voice chats, instant messaging.
Main Activities and Responsibilities

Handling new client leads (first contact) daily.

Continued follow up on contacts with prospects as clients.

Update daily basis activites on social media platforms.

Reply to request of client for new accounts, existing customer queries
Additional Requirements

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Networking skills

Native Hindi, fluent in English (additional languages is an advantage)
